Staff is incredibly friendly. They do treat you well while there. However, their prices are incredibly expensive (each visit is anywhere between $500-$2000), and I’ve had two separate instances where I’ve been overcharged and had trouble getting their help correcting the charges. It’s a good vet, but for the cost I would expect more.
