It was a great experience both for my cat and for me. Very easy to make the appointment, no wait and parking facility available. The team was ready when we arrived for my cat’s annual checkup. The assistant was very attentive and professional writing down any variations on my cat’s behavior and the VMD Folgueras was exceptional, thorough and professional examining the cat. I felt my cat couldn’t be in better hands. That same day I received take home notes with a summary of the visit. The wellness plan they offered is also very comprehensive and reasonably priced. Overall, excellent veterinarian experience.

I was interested in moving my pets care to this practice. I sent them an email through their contact form asking several questions about their practice. They never answered. I sent a follow up email, no answer. Guess I won’t be using this practice after all if they won’t even answer.

Dr. Wong was absolutely pivotal in Dante’s care, and we cannot thank her enough for everything she did for him and for our family! From the moment we walked into the clinic, she went above and beyond to make sure Dante received the best possible care. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and thoughtful, but what truly set her apart was the empathy and compassion she brough to our interaction. Navigating Dante’s health concerns was incredibly stressful, but Dr. Wong was patient, took the time to listen, explain things clearly, answer every question, and help us feel informed and supported throughout the process. She never made us feel rushed or dismissed, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about Dante (and his stressed out, emotional mom). Her expertise, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile made such a meaningful difference in Dante’s care. If it wasn't for Dr. Wong, my 4-year-old dachshund may have ended up with permanent paralysis. When the Friendship neurologist was not on-site, she helped ease my anxiety and exhaustion by calling local surgical centers to get Dante seen ASAP. She was not only an exceptional veterinarian, but also a source of reassurance during a very difficult and emotional time. We feel incredibly fortunate that Dante had Dr. Wong advocating for him. Dr. Wong is truly an outstanding provider, and we are so grateful for her empathy, knowledge, and unwavering commitment to Dante. She went above and beyond in every sense of the word, and we cannot recommend her highly enough! P.s.- Dante is 1 week post-op and his motor function to his back legs has returned and he has full control of his bowel and bladder! If Dr. Wong wasn't such a strong advocate, I don't think we would be doing as great as we are...thank you!
