We have used Palisades Vet for over 10 years. We love the doctors and staff and the quality of care they provide our dogs. I have never felt rushed during an appointment the docs and tech’s take the time to answer questions and concerns. Also, over the years when I have needed an emergency appointment, they do everything they can to get your pet in as soon as possible. It’s true the parking isn’t great, but I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else.

The owner of this animal hospital has been threatening me and my family ever since I wrote a 1 star review of their practice on Yelp. I got involved after my 82 year old mother was charged 700$ for a rabies booster for her cat. She scheduled a fifteen minute vaccine appointment and my brother in law brought her cat here because he has experience with this clinic. Without consulting my mom or my brother in law they proceeded to do blood work, urine draw, and exam on the cat and then charged my mom 700$. I believe this was an honest mistake. My mom called to see what happened and no one returned her phone call. Because my mom is not from this country and English is not her first language I called later on her behalf and was able to speak to the office manager. I have to say that the office manager was pretty unpleasant and refused to change anything. She also refused to give us the results of the tests or exam which we paid so much money for. I wrote up my experience with this clinic from my perspective on YELP and then received a stream of threatening text messages from the owner over the course of an entire day , including one phone call where he threated to cause harm to me and my family. In the end I had to file a report with the police because I don’t understand what kind of person would do this. Coming to this clinic was a real mistake. We decided to take our cat to Friendship because that is where we have always gone. They have an emergency room, are a lot cheaper, and don’t threaten to hurt you.

Had such an amazing and positive experience here. The entire staff is so sweet, kind and informative. Thank you Dr. Seich also for being so helpful and just talking me through the process for my international health certificate. I truly appreciate knowing that this particular clinic is very close by and just extremely helpful.
